We hold only what you write to us.

The concierge form asks for your first and last name, your email address, the nature of your inquiry, and your message. That is all of it.

There is no account to create and no newsletter. This site carries no analytics: we do not know who reads which page, or how many times.

Cloudflare delivers this site and screens the form against automated submissions. Resend carries your message to the concierge mailbox. Nothing is written to a database at any point, because the site has none.

If delivery fails, the page offers to open the same message in your own email program. From there it travels through your provider rather than ours.

Cloudflare sees the network details of a request to this site, including your address, as any host does. The atelier never records it.

Your inquiry stays in the concierge mailbox while we answer it and while the commission or enquiry it concerns is open. Once that is concluded, the message is deleted.

There is no second clock and no archive kept for its own sake.

Write to the concierge and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The reply comes from the same address.

Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) also lets you raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

The atelier sets none. Cloudflare's screening may set one strictly necessary cookie to tell a person from a machine. It carries no advertising identifier and follows you nowhere.
